Frequently Asked Questions
* What is the deal with Associate Photographers?
Kat/Eye Studios aims to offer a variety of options to all clients, offer the best services available, and to keep pricing affordable. The best way to do this is to offer you a variety of talented photographers to cover your wedding or session. All Associates are experienced, professional, and unique in their own way. Check out their individual portfolios under the "Our Photographers" tab on the homepage!
* How do I secure my date?
Kat/Eye Studios requires a retainer at the time of the contract signing. This amount will vary depending on which package you choose. This retainer is non-refundable, and will be put towards your total amount due. Once the contract is signed and the retainer is received, the date is yours.
Kat/Eye Studios also operate on a first-come, first-serve basis - if you would like our services, book us as soon as possible.
Once your date is secured, the entire day is yours. Kat/Eye Studios never double-books photographers. This means that your photographer will only be working your wedding, on your wedding day!
* Do I get the rights to my images?
YES! Every session and package through Kat/Eye Studios includes the printing and distribution rights to each and every full-size, fully edited finished image.
* How do I order prints?
Kat/Eye Studios offers prints through the website & also has custom print packages available upon request.
* What if something happens and you can’t shoot my Wedding/Event?
Kat/Eye Studios has many photographers located in many different cities that are always ready to go when we need to call upon them. Kat/Eye Studios is part of multiple professional circles that include people who are available to call on for issues that may arise. Things do happen and we have a plan, should we ever need one.
* Are you insured?
Yes. All Associates of Kat/Eye Studios are insured. We all have liability and theft insurance, should something arise.
Some venues require proof of insurance from vendors. We can provide you proof of insurance upon request.
